|Recommended: YesPleasant Complex and Clean Grounds — The complex is well maintained and I look forward to seeing the landscaping come in fully. Noise levels are manageable and neighbors are generally congenial.
New construction always has some small issues, and we have noticed the building settling and cracks in caulking and paint around the apartment. This is expected and easy to fix. Otherwise, we love our unit and hope to stay for a while.

|Recommended: YesLife at Jensen Park — I love living in this community, people are generally very respectful and I don't have to worry about noise. The staff is very friendly and willing to help out when needed. I have been very impressed by how quickly the maintenance staff addresses any issues. They are so respectful of our space they even remove their shoes before entering

|Recommended: YesBest Complex Ever — Acero Jensen Park is by far one of the best, if not the best, apartment complexes in the Clark County area. The staff is always so kind and inviting, the property is always clean, tidy, and well kept. The construction quality is great, and the apartments are so roomy The noise is also non-existent. I have heard my upstairs neighbor 1 time in the 7 months I have lived here and it was only because they were moving a couch fully expected noise . I would recommend living here to anyone looking.

|Recommended: YesBeau — Apartments are modern, clean, and have a ton of storage with the design of cabinets, closets, and floor plan . Favorite Part is the lighting, big windows through out apartment, great natural lighting and lots of it Pet friendly, neighbors are also great.
Staff and maintenance take care of residents, kind and accommodating. Over all, 10 10 experience and would recommend

|Recommended: YesGreat place to rent — Feels upscale and nice to be in a brand new structure. The noise from upstairs is not mngmts fault. They have large dogs that fight and they have them running around alll night
